Who We Are

Desty's mission is to make digital commerce available for everyone. Founded in September 2020, in the midst of the unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic, we see the urgent needs of a great tool for a fast-growing community of people who want to start their own business. Our solution is a digital platform that serves as a single online destination for creators, influencers, and merchants to promote and sell their products.  Desty currently offers two products, a landing page generator called Desty Page and Desty Store, a service that allows users to create an online store complimentary to marketplaces. 

Our founding team members are all Internet and e-commerce veterans, with extensive experience from well-known Chinese, SEA & US tech companies such as Alibaba, Google, Facebook, Gojek, Lazada, etc. We currently operate HQ offices in both Jakarta and Hangzhou, China.

Responsibilities


  • Identify company’s short and midterms key metrics challenge and creating a plan to overcome the challenge to grow the key metrics. 
  • Plan, develop, execute digital paid marketing strategy for the company and optimize campaign delivery on all funnel using multiple channels such as Google Ads (Display, Video, Search), Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads. Collaborate with agencies and other digital partners if needed.
  • Monitor SEM health via Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, and related software & reporting tools both internal and external. 
  • Create clear performance report and projection across metrics, including bottom-up budget proposals which focus on getting the most efficient and effective cost metrics.
  • Identify problem and opportunities to have actionable digital marketing insights and achieve business growth goals.
  • Execute experience testing and optimization throughout the paid funnel with a spirit of Growth Mindset & Make it Happen to Make it Better. 
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop strategic initiatives that increase the key metrics. 


Qualification


  • Minimum bachelor degree (Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Mathematics is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Digital Marketer with proven track record.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven thinking with good logic approach toward results, good tidiness on reporting, and good communication skills.
  • Proficient with Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords, SEMrush, and data visualization such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Metabase.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Experience with A/B testing and multivariant experiments.
  • Having SQL, Google (Data Studio, Spreadsheet), Supermetrics, Tableu, PowerBI, Google Search Console skill is a plus.
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
